Education: BVSc (Hons), Sydney University.
Interests: Dressage and showing, travelling and of course shopping.
Ambition: To provide best practice first opinion veterinary services and create a supportive professional environment with a focus on continuing professional education.
Veterinary interests: internal medicine, lameness diagnosis and management with particular reference to performance and show horses.
Pets: A very spoiled welsh pony called Flirt, a riding pony called Winter and a
warmblood called Big Don.
Dr Michael A Tweedie
Known as: Mike
Education: M.A.,VetMB, MRCVS (University of Cambridge, England).
Interests: Racing, showjumping and dressage, rugby.
Ambition: To build an equine clinic providing top quality service to clients, with a combination of the latest techniques and equipment, combined with creating an equine clinic that allows the professional development of caring, compassionate equine vets.
Veterinary interests: The management of the equine athlete, from racehorse through to dressage horse through to adult riding club horse. Special interest in new techniques for the management of joint disease and tendon and ligament injuries.
