Orlando was a winner of the 'style' competition at Aachen with scores of 8.9 and 9.3. He won the semi-final at the World Young Jumping Horse Champs, Lanaken. This is a true German French fusion. His sire, L'Arc de Triomphe was born in Oldenburg by Landor S out of a Pilot mare, and his French dam is by Grand Veneur out of an Ibrahim mare. In 2007 he was crowned the Supreme Champion of 3 year old Selle Français Stallions at St Lô.
